The following photos of YooSoo Kim were taken in The Chapel of The Mystical Rose at Chaminade University on Friday, March 26. I had been shooting video footage of her dancing with The Peace Belt, and had just finished shooting a whole roll of slide film of her in various still poses from her dance. Out of film, I said, “OK, that’s it,” and then put the video camera and my 35 mm camera into their cases. When I turned back towards YooSoo, I saw that she had removed the Belt and was lifting it up at the altar. Fortunately, I was within quick reach of my digital camera.
